Foil fitting shoes

Our transparent, 3D-printed foil fitting shoes are crafted from an innovative, flexible, and shatterproof foil. Combined with an integrated footbed and heel raise, this material allows for a realistic walking motion. This enables a precise visual assessment before the final production of the last, footbed, and shoe, uaranteeing a perfect fit and a comfortable end result every time.

Depending on your workflow and practice setup, you can choose from flexible mobile scanners or a stationary box scanner.

Please Note: We only accept professional 3D scans that meet our quality standards. Scans made with a smartphone or tablet generally lack sufficient accuracy and are usually not accepted.

We are also committed to sustainability: digital submission eliminates the need for physical transport of lasts and orthotics to our facility. Efficiency and corporate social responsibility go hand in hand.

Existing lasts and footbeds


Submitting 3D scans

You provide 3D scans of your existing lasts and footbeds, capturing both the gross last (the net last including the footbed) and the net last. Simply upload these scans to NOCS, and we will handle the digital processing. The footbed is then digitally generated by calculating the difference between the gross and net last data. Upon request, we can adapt these models to meet specific orthopaedic requirements or safety standards.

Lasts

The production lasts are manufactured in our own facility using our proprietary, patented 3D printing technology.

Orthopaedic Footwear

We manufacture the orthopaedic footwear using the production lasts and ship the finished products to you. Once used, Neskrid takes care of recycling the lasts. You retain full ownership of your digital designs; these remain available in NOCS for any future downloads or reuse.
