My name is Sjors, and at Neskrid I focus on data, IT, AI, and supply chain management. That might sound quite technical, but ultimately my work is all about one thing: finding ways to make processes smarter, easier, and more efficient. One day I'm working on systems and automation; the next, I'm diving into the supply chain and handling procurement. That variety is precisely what makes my job so enjoyable.

I've been involved with Neskrid, on and off, for about five years now. In the beginning, I was mainly the go-to person for the odd jobs nobody else really fancied doing. In hindsight, that was actually a great learning curve, because it allowed me to get to know so many different sides of the business. For about a year now, alongside my studies, I've been working at Neskrid on a regular basis and getting increasingly involved in my own projects. Along the way, I've been given the space to flesh out ideas and make processes smarter step by step.

I studied Industrial Engineering and Management, and I'll now be starting a Master's in Supply Chain Management. This will allow me to delve deeper into a field I'm already heavily involved with at Neskrid. What I find particularly interesting is translating new technological possibilities into practical solutions we can actually use.
